However, we understand that there might be occasions when you need to return goods, and we are here to assist you in the process. Please find below our policy for retail orders regarding returns and refunds.

Our policy allows returns within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a credit or exchange.

Faulty Goods

In the rare event that you receive defective or damaged goods, please contact us immediately. Kindly provide a photo of the issue and proof of purchase in your communication. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, as applicable.

Change of Mind

Should you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to do so. The item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and packaging for us to process a refund. Please note that certain products are not eligible for change of mind returns, such as those purchased during online sale events, bundles, or from our sale page. Additionally, items with damaged or opened packaging, used items, or items without their original packaging are not eligible for return. If the returned product does not meet our re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] and provide the reason for return and your invoice number. Please be aware that return postage for change of mind is at your expense, and we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace the returned item, please place a new order for the replacement product on our website.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for return; unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

For exchanges due to a change of mind, we can offer a credit note for the purchase price of the goods. Refunds are not available for change of mind returns. The items must be unused, returned in the original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase. If the product has been used, we can only accept a return if it is faulty. Once we receive the item and process the return, you will receive a credit note for the product value, minus any discounts or shipping costs.

Return of Goods from Resellers Outside of MiniTornado.com.au

For products purchased from stockists or resellers outside our website, we do not handle returns or refunds for change of mind purchases. Please contact the store or merchant where you made the purchase to inquire about their return policy.

Cancellation of Orders

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please reach out to us immediately. We strive to process orders quickly, and we can only process cancellations for orders that have not been shipped, minus any transaction fees that we have incurred.

Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To ensure a smooth return process, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
